How to Place an Order

– Browse through the BANDIPUR COSMETICS online catalogue and select the products you wish to purchase. Choose the quantity and click on “Order.”

– Once you’ve added all desired items, click the “Checkout” link to proceed.

– Provide your shipping and payment information at checkout. Please review the available payment options and select the one that best suits your needs.

– After completing your payment, your order will be processed and shipped according to our standard shipping timelines. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Payment Options

 Please note that BANDIPUR COSMETICS does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on online orders. We ensure secure and transparent transactions through our online payment methods.

Pricing Policy

– Product prices listed are current and regularly updated but are subject to change without notice.

– All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include all applicable taxes.

– Orders will be billed at the price in effect at the time of shipping.

– All products are subject to GST within India.

– For international shipping, local duties, taxes, and charges may apply in the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@bandipur.co.in or call our Customer Care at +91-9090608609 (available 9:30 AM to 5 PM), within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.

In case of a valid cancellation, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days, as per your bank’s guidelines.

Shipping Policy

 – Deliveries will take place from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

– Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you’re unavailable, please ensure an alternative person, such as a family member or neighbor, is present to sign. BANDIPUR COSMETICS is not responsible for goods signed for by an alternative person.

– Some courier partners may require an OTP to complete delivery, which will be sent to the number provided when placing the order.

– BANDIPUR COSMETICS is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

– Claims for shortages or damage must be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery.

– We handle export and customs laws for products shipped from our location, but customers are responsible for compliance with import and customs laws in their own country, including payment of duties, taxes, or other applicable charges.

– If customs in the destination country do not clear an order, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund after deducting shipping and return costs.

Returns & Refund Policy

 If you notice leakage or damage in your product upon delivery, please email us within 24 hours at info@bandipur.co.in or contact +91-9090608609, providing:

– Your order number

– Details of your complaint or request

– Photos or videos showing the damage, including batch details

Once your complaint is received, we will review it within 3 working days. If approved, a refund will be processed and will reflect in your account within 10-15 days. Please note that refunds are not available for Gift Box orders.

For returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. Once we receive and verify the product, the refund process will begin.
